About Lindi Fitness

Hi, I’m Lindi and I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years.

My goal has always been simple — to create friendly, welcoming classes where people can move their bodies, improve their fitness and feel good about themselves without pressure or intimidation.

Based in Swansea, I teach a range of community fitness classes including Fitness Pilates, Yoga Flow Vinyasa, Pilates & Stretch and Total Body Workout classes suitable for a variety of ages and abilities.

I know that walking into a fitness class for the first time can feel daunting, which is why I focus on creating a supportive and relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, improving flexibility, building strength or simply looking for classes you genuinely enjoy attending, my aim is to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident at your own pace.

Over the years I’ve taught a wide variety of classes and worked with people from many different fitness backgrounds and experience levels.

My classes combine movement, strength, flexibility and wellbeing while keeping exercise enjoyable, motivating and accessible.
