Hi, I’m Lindi Meikle, Health & Fitness Coach and Creator of Lindi Fitness.  I help women who want to lose weight, feel fitter and more confident in themselves.

 

The memberships I offer are all aimed at helping women to :-

 

  • Lose weight and drop a dress size (or more) 
  • Trim their waistline and flatten their stomach
  • Tighten and tone their arms, thighs and bum
  • Feel fitter, stronger and healthier 
  • Feel more confident and happier in themselves
  • Have fun whilst exercising (yes this is possible)

I was never into sport as a child and always the last person to be picked in PE.  But then as a teenager dealing with some challenging personal issues, I found that exercise really helped me to feel sane.  I loved the way I felt after I’d exercised. 

It wasn’t until I moved to Swansea at the age of 18, that my true love affair with exercise began.  I went to an aerobics class at the local sports centre and was inspired by one of the instructors.  From that moment on I’ve been completely hooked.

I’ve been teaching a wide variety of fitness classes since 2000 and have a real passion for helping others achieve the results they want. 

I also have a love for learning and usually studying for something or other in order to better serve those I work with.  My fitness qualifications include Exercise to Music, Circuit Training, Pilates, Bodybalance, Bodycombat, Bodypump, Spin, Yoga and more recently Personal Training.

Since Lockdown I have re-evaluated my own busy work – life balance and then started to help women on a small group basis with the Lift Lean Program. 

I always found it frustrating that I was not able to help women more closely and give them more time – and often saw women working really hard during a class but failing to lose inches or weight. 

 

I now work closely with a team of women online – which saves them time in travelling to a gym, finding childcare and trying to fit the workouts into their busy schedules. Often women have to forego their workout/exercise routine or any “timeout” as they are so busy looking after everyone else.

I am also mum to a busy and energetic little girl, Lorena… I know only too well how challenging it can be to juggle work and family life, let alone trying to fit in some exercise.   

Women work tirelessly trying to earn an income, keep the house tidy and ensure all their families needs are catered for.  Often leaving their own needs to be unaddressed or at the bottom of the list. 

I know it’s difficult for many women to make time to go to the gym.  That’s what I love about our different online memberships…it allows women to workout from home at a time that works for them.  

I’ve intentionally included a range of different styles of workouts so a) you get the best results and b) you don’t get bored. 

With the Virtual and Lift Lean Memberships, I also include additional support and motivation via a WhatsApp group.  Having that extra motivation and accountability can make all the difference.  

Then the Lift Leam Membership takes things to the next level with dietary support and lifestyle related talks.  I believe that knowledge is empowering and when you understand better, you achieve better.  So I share the knowledge I have in my talks to help you get better results.  No point keeping it all in my head is it?!
